There were multiple problems both above and below us in the chain and Scott, together with staff from the agency I was buying through were extremely helpful throughout a prolonged and difficult process. I was kept informed of the situation as it developed and they were active in encouraging other participants to respond in an appropriate and timely fashion leading to a successful conclusion. Without their persistence this may have not happened.

We had an offer accepted on a property & needed to list ours with immediate effect. Kathleen was at the house that (Friday) evening out of hours to make it happen. Amy was great & put together a really powerful ad by the next morning. The team had us out of the house (by choice!) frequently for a significant number of viewings, over just a few days... We had a few offers & were able to sell the property at the price we had agreed! When our purchase fell through, Cricketts kept the wheels turning, and were patient & well managed. Once everything fell back in to place, Scott expertly managed the sale... and despite being dealt a difficult hand with our buyers solicitor (having a cyber attack at the final hour), we got everything wrapped up in good time (11 days before Christmas).
