I called because I feared to computer had died. I had a very quick and efficient response. With help, I followed the battery check to have this confirmed. I enquired about costs for a new laptop. With VAT, installation, Office etc it was approximately £1100. I am a pensioner and I did some research. I finally bought one, had my security and Office transferred and complete installation for £550. I am sorry that I could not support my local business but I am sure that you will understand.
