I've been a tenant with Downer for over 6 years now. Before I move on I would like to express my gratitude to Jennifer Pilling my property manager. Life is busy and intense but Jen made it easier by always giving me 1 less thing to worry about. Issues were always dealt with swiftly and easily. Thanks for always being available and communicating openly and honestly Jen. It makes such a big difference. My next property manager has a lot to live up to. While I'm at it... everyone I have dealt with at Downer has always been friendly, professional and carried through with what was promised. Thanks Downer. We will miss you.

I'm so happy to be able to write this review after a particularly long hard and complicated sale, which has seen a financial crash / mortgage crisis thrown in the mix to make things even more difficult. Leo Downer and the team, have been nothing but fantastic in our whole process of selling this property. Leo's advice council and guidance have been nothing short of invaluable. I just wanna say thanks and you should definitely use downers if you ever want to sell a house again.

We found a property to rent through Downers, and found them very personable, professional and friendly. There wasn’t a question that went unanswered, and gave us (as new tenants) the best advice. We were talked through the whole referencing process which went very smoothly, and when we picked up the keys we were welcomed with smiles and congratulations which was so lovely.
