We treated ourselves to a dinner prepared by Chef Nick. Wow! The food was fantastic as was the presentation. Chef Nick was so much fun and created an unforgettable dining experience. While we were enjoying a glass of wine, we could smell all the fabulous aromas coming from the kitchen. We started off with five different canapes, all delicious and for a starter we were served lobster risotto which was delectable. The main course was aged fillet of beef with tasty sides. The dessert was a chocolate lovers dream. Chef Nick provided everything, including dishes and cutlery and a clean up afterwards. Thank you Chef Nick for making an amazing and unforgettable evening.

Nick cooked my friends and I a fantastic three course meal which everyone enjoyed. Communication in the lead up to the event was excellent! Nick was extremely professional and helpful and catered to all our dietary requirements. Would highly recommend booking Nick to cook for your next party!

Nick came to the holiday home we had rented for a special birthday and presented our family of 6 with a delicious meal. The presentation was delightful from the amazing canapés (we can’t stop talking about them!) to the thoughtfully, hand picked local cheeses. Nick was friendly yet professional and departed leaving us with a very clean kitchen and splendid food memories!

An amazing service provided in our own home for a very special birthday. Nick and his wonderful assistant Luca provided the most sumptuous dinner for 24 people. Each meal was carefully put together and tasted sensational! Would highly recommend (and have been asked by a few of the guests to pass along his details!)

We had a private dinner party for 10 and wow what a treat! Nick is extremely professional and personable and the food was innovative and delicious. We are vegetarian and the presentation of each dish was stunning. From the canapés to the desserts, all first class and mouth watering. Nick left my kitchen probably better than he found it! I booked Nick to cater my 30th birthday for a party of 8. I chose Nick because he had an amazing selection of menus and I love that he uses ingredients he has grown himself or sourced locally where possible. Both the meat option and the vegan option (3 out of 8 people) were delicious and beautifully presented. Nick introduced each dish and clearly has passion to match his culinary skills! It made hosting a special party so easy and Nick was a delight to have in our home. He even did the washing up!

I couldn't recommend this business more - simply AMAZING. One of the best food experiences of my and my family's life - Nick was such a professional and his food was sublime. We had a dinner for 6 people in a self catered place in the Cotswolds and Nick's incredible tailored menu took our breath away, including ingredients grown in his own garden. Not only was the food and presentation at the highest standard, Nick is just such a great guy, he was a pleasure to have with us, talking about food and his/our experiences of food and travel. I have experienced Nick's food twice now and both times were amazing. Most recently he catered for my Mum's 70th birthday, not only was the food fantastic but he is a great person to work with. Really kind, very responsive and makes everything so easy. He simply turns up, cooks everything, presents it beautifully and then goes leaving the kitchen spotless like he has never been there!
