After having issues with my weight and health, as well as being gym shy, I found Sean’s Instagram account. I found his content very helpful, interesting and inspiring. This led me to find the courage to send him a message to find out more. After 20 weeks of his one to one sessions and nutritional advice and support I am now feeling more confident in myself, fitter and healthier. I would highly recommend Sean to anyone looking to improve their lifestyle through health and fitness.

I've been working with Sean for 6 weeks and am immensely pleased with progress. I have always been slim and have looked to gain muscle before, but never got to the point where exercising became enjoyable or a habit of any sort. After 6 weeks I have gained 5lbs and can see progress in photos and in the mirror. Sean's emphasis on consistency and habit has been clear to me from day 1: he told me that with my aim to gain weight I could simply eat 3000 calories per day, but the process would be neither enjoyable nor sustainable. Instead we have built up caloric intake slowly alongside progression in the gym. For the first time I can see genuine progress towards my goals and I know that I can sustain this over months or years. My work involves long and stressful hours in a sedentary job, so I knew that I needed to look after my health. Working with Sean has taken out any of the guesswork and keeps me motivated and accountable, both in terms of diet and exercise. He offers a wealth of knowledge and insights, delivered through online materials, articles and social media. His ability to be flexible is also tremendously valuable to me given the nature of my work. Sessions with Sean are now some of the highlights of my week. Even after a bad day at work, I go home with a spring in my step and feeling more positive, all thanks to the time spent exercising with Sean in the gym via video call. I thoroughly recommend Sean and his services to anyone. Thank you Sean and I look forward to continuing my progress!

I’ve been training with Sean for 7 weeks now. This is first time ever I have done resistance training. I’ve gone from struggling to walk up the stairs to now running up with energy.I cannot believe the difference in my body shape in such a short space of time weeks. I have so much more energy and strength now. I live in Dublin so work out with Sean three times a week through zoom. He is in contact almost every day encouraging me and is always there if I need any advice or motivation.It’s an amazing feeling and I’m loving the journey! Sean is knowledgeable and shows a high level of commitment to support and train me to achieve my goals. He coaches me through a number of exercises ensuring that I am getting the technique right in order to gain the full potential of the exercise. With Sean's constant communication and support I have managed to lose weight and body fat. This has all been achieved through videocalls. He has helped me not only do this but also with his knowledge, guide me to completely change my lifestyle for the better. I would highly recommend Sean Wilson fitness to anyone that is ready to start their fitness journey.

I’ve known Sean since we were at school together and when I heard he was a PT I knew this would be the opportunity to truly get in shape. It’s a goal I’ve had since leaving college and I never knew where to start. Sean knows his clients better then anyone. Their strengths, weaknesses and personal goals which are all different. He tailors the sessions and always checks in to make the clients feel supported. His daily communication makes you feel responsible and accountable for not only your health and fitness but in general everyday life. I will continue to use Sean as my PT as training with him has become a positive habit that I know I want to sustain long term. Sean’s fitness articles, instagram lives and advocation for learning not only in the gymn but even things simple as listening to a daily podcast on a morning walk in Newbury are testament to Sean’s passion and dedication to master his field.

I live in Ireland and I approached Sean asking him to help me lose weight and to tone up. Sean designed a programme specific for me which was very comprehensive. He identified, as a vegetarian, that I needed to significantly increase my protein levels and he supplied me with lots of recipe/food suggestions to ensure I could hit my targets. The exercise/weights programme he supplied is great it takes me about 40 mins every second day and being able to do it at home any time I want suits me I can honesty say I love the sessions and look forward to them. I do one online class a week with Sean which is super because he can correct any mistakes I am making and explain and how each exercise should be done. Sean is a great motivator and what I love is he will continue to drive you forward especially if you have the odd slip. 12lbs down and significantly more toned now delighted I am working with Sean and will continue till I reach my goals.
