The negatives listed here seem not to be for this branch, but for the bank as a whole. I had an issue withdrawing cash as the card seemed to give up. Both the staff and the manager were excellent and spent time resolving the issue, and I was able to withdraw plenty of cash over the counter. New cash card was at home when I got back after my break. Can't fault it. Knowledgeable people who did what they said they would.

Having standing orders cancelled without notification and with account in credit for withdrawel required. RUBBISH.

Horrific customer service. Have requested a form to be sent to me 5 times, sent wrong one then wrong property. Have to wait 1 hour to get through to anyone and then get cut off Horrible experience, useless lender

Terrible bank. Hold times always over an hour and then they cut you off when you finally get through (I didn't get a chance to say a word). This happened a number of times. They just lock your account at random and hold your money with no access.

Lovely staff, warm greeting, very helpful and friendly. Helped me with my problem straight away and nothing was too much . Helen in particular was very good.

Customer Service is not known in this branch. Occasionally there is someone helpful but this is certainly not the norm!

The bank is currently not open when it states it is - I'm not sure of opening times but it closes at 2pm - nothing on the website and very annoying when you make a trip especially - can you change the timings on the web pages for Newbury please.

The phone chat is a joke you get no where and when you phone the branch the hang up as soon as they awful service!!!!!

the worst bank in newbury. bad bank for disablity. other branches are so much better.
