Called in to ask .. if there is any work .. insted of tell me if there is something.. she started ask me questions like it would be a quiz... crazy ... could you no tell me yes or no .. and ask me to either apply online or come to register.. unprofessional.. idiot.. working there .. good luck 👍 don't even replay .. its a joke not agency..

If you ever need help finding work then I recommend using Abacus and there’s nobody else quite like them! Although I was only with them for a few months I was treated amazingly and always looked after brilliantly. All of the girls in the office are super friendly and will do their best to help you. They are so respectful and even now they like to check in and see how I’m doing and see if I need help with anything. It’s nice to know that they are always there if you feel you need help with work! Huge thanks to them all for what they did for me!

When I came into the office 3 years ago, the girls have helped me so much finding work. They really care about us all. Reasoning for my one star is because I’ve had one job since being with them no help since then I’ve found loads of jobs on indeed through abacus even had one reply asking to take it to the next steps, then once I called I’m always told the same thing your get a call up as soon as there’s any jobs going but I clearly don’t I’ve got several friends that work within abacus that seem to get work, now wether this is a me problem and they haven’t got me no work because of myself then this should’ve been discussed with me but nothing like that has ever been said. The only job I got through abacus was gist I worked there for just under a month, I had one late day and the reasoning for me leaving was because abacus nor gist was helpful in anyway shape of form within that environment my name is Finley jewell

Fantastic. I only planned to work here over Christmas for 2 weeks in 2022. I was so impressed with the team at Newbury I ended up working full time for 6 months. When my car broke down and I couldn’t get to the placement I had been assigned to, they found me work closer to my home the same day. Even now I’ve returned to my main job I still use Abacus to raise extra money when I need it. The team are incredibly helpful and friendly, and most importantly they are really understanding of the different things life can throw at you, and will help you navigate through it if you keep communicating with them.
