Had my first private lesson with Fred,he is really helpful and knowledgeable.I learnt poses that I have never done before.can’t wait for my next class ✊

Had a great time at this class. As I am not that flexible I was quite worried about coming to this class. But my teacher Fred really helped me ease into the poses and got the best out my ability. I am already seeing an improvement! I am really looking forwards to coming back and continuing my yoga practice with Fred

Really enjoyed my first visit and session. Having been somewhat out of practice and always struggled to get some of the positions right, the teacher Fred provided multiple variations that allowed me to still get the benefits.

I enjoyed meditation and Ashtanga classes very much. Fred is very friendly and knowledgeable about yoga. Can't wait for my next classes!

Had a really great class here, learnt some new poses that I have not done before, really helpful teacher. Definitely recommend.
