Called on a Monday to treat a wasps nest in the porch roof, was given a time the following day for it to be done. Tommy came out and explained exactly what was going to be done, and what to do after the treatment was carried out. I booked online yesterday to remove a wasps next in the garden, but had inadvertently booked the wrong day - my fault. No problem. I called Countrywide and they were very helpful in correcting for me. Tommy - who was very polite, helpful, and courteous - called today. Problem solved.
