Well, that was a really great day! Fantastic service from Newbury Tools, whose team conspired to ensure I got done most of what I wanted! Before and after pictures shown below! Thinking I had an hour to doze after the alarm went off at 7.30, I was woken at 8.15, to be informed that the mower I’d ordered was about to be delivered! I left instructions, so when I arrived at 9, there it was! The mower was a tad matoor and well used, so, I attempted to start her up, having cleared bits and bobs out of the way! Half an hour later, after relentlessly pulling at the sparking cord! No sign of life! Phoned Newbury tools, and within half an hour, Peter arrived, a well-seasoned gentleman! He actually fired it up, but it died! ‘Better try this one!’, he said, for he had brought a replacement! Fired up, straight away! Brilliant! Worked up a jolly good sweat! Into the compost bed all the dozen bagfuls went……. 700 litres! Now covered, so hoping the thermometer will show the heap heating up nicely! Should be able to turn it in January, then use it, a year from now! Well done, Newbury Tools and please thank your team!

First time hiring from Newbury Tools. Staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and the tool I was recommended (and hired) was perfect for the task at hand. Will definitely be visiting again the next time I need something for a job.

Been using Newbury hire for a couple of years, they delivered me a digger to Bracknell, on time as always, from shop staff to deliver driver all great, would love to give 10 stars not just 5

Fantastic service from Simon and the team when I hired equipment yesterday. They took the time to understand what I needed, provide the best equipment for the job and clearly explained how to use it. Returning the equipment couldnt have gone more smoothly. Highly recommended.

Have been using Newbury tool hire for the last few months. The customer services I receive is definitely worth the five stars I've given them. Nothing is ever to much trouble for them.

This is my favourite shop in Newbury. From sanders and pumps to diggers and dumper trucks. They don’t hire Tirfors though (pity. Cos I needed one once). The major tool hire companies don’t know their stuff, and Newbury Tools have demonstrated this for me twice now. I don’t go anywhere else these days.
