Tried to contact by phone and e-mail regarding credit I could not use due to Rotator Cuff injury. Paid £100 for pass, used attended two, credit got cleared, feel ripped off and ignored. Can provide full array of medical letters to evidence, just want to use the credit that I paid for. Very upset with the blank wall of silence I have received, simply not in the Spirit of yoga and very unjust.

I have just attended my first virtual yoga session ever this week and was really pleased! Nothing like being there in person but so glad to have the opportunity to do yoga this way during this horrible pandemic. I would highly recommend Living Saucha.

Before joining I was nervous about starting at a studio I didn’t know and going to a new class on my own, but Abi is such an incredible teacher and everyone is so friendly and supportive that I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else now.

I attended a pregnancy friendly class with Meltem this week for the first time and practically floated out afterwards. The space is very cool and everything was explained well to keep my bump safe during poses. I will definitely be making this a regular event on Thursday mornings.

I've been doing Yoga for about a year now and I'm very happy that i found Abi and the team at Living Saucha to help me achieve my goals. The location at the Old Town Hall is fantastic, very central with easy parking and the building is gorgeous. The Nourish cafe onsite provides excellent vegan based food and I'd recommend the Nourish balls for a post Yoga snack. Peak sessions can get booked up quickly, therefore I'd recommend booking early to avoid disappointment or register on the waiting list to encourage more classes.
