Hired Davyd as first to respond repairs casement windows and sanding down wood kitchen tops. Windows not quite finished. Asked for cash for materials up front.... little odd. He then wanted cash upfront for sink. Weve been left waiting ever since no sink. No response to text or telephone. Still waiting to finish sink 3 weeks on. Feel let down over this Mr and Mrs Tipper

I would strongly caution anyone who would chose to use Davyd's services. He chose to dispose of our jobs waste as well as other sites waste in hippo bags in front of our house. Then proceeded to come up with every excuse you can imagine. Maybe some were the truth but highly unlikely to all be. It was at first another waste company's fault as they took his payment details wrong. Then he was using someone else. Weeks go by and he said his mum died. Then weeks go on and we have another job to sort so the suggestion is we pay for a skip, even though we have already paid to have the waste removed and it wasn't all our job site. I know I was a fool to trust him that he would reimburse us. But I needed the waste removed. He continued with excuses as to why we hadn't received the payment, often a month between responses. It has now been 2 months since he last responded. I have now come to the realisation I was scammed, he disposed of someone else's site onto mine and then abandoned it for us to remove. Do not pay the full amount until he removes everything from your property.

I contacted JDM Carpentry & Joinery because there was an internal leak that destroyed the underflooring of my apartment. They were very swift to evaluate the damage and provided a reasonable quotation. The works were done quickly and delivered in time. Personnel were accessible and friendly.
