Professional service, simple as that.

I am very disappointed with the service provided. Basically, I have waited more than one month for the water tank repair that never took place. In fact, I talked twice to this gentleman and I was assured that soon he will call me soon in order to appear for the job. Instead he never called or showed up to do it. When I was able to talk to a representative of this company for the third time, I was told to look for another company. Lost one month and still no hot water in my place. I can't recommend it for such a service. I am sorry to write that this company is not professional and unreliable.

Very friendly, and took time the explain what the problem was. Also gave me some safety hints and tips - would recommend
