solved problem cancelling Amazon prime as unable to cancel online. Also customer services hung up .told I'm cancelling.

If you need help in any situation and I do mean any situation then please make yourself an appointment to go and see them You could be missing out out on a lot of things that you've never even heard of of and they will point you in the right direction and even they even write letters for you and and will also make phone calls on your behalf. I can't recommend and the the citizens advice bureau enough. I have used many times in the past and and always got what I wanted plus a little more. Give them a try if you're in a spot of bother/trouble and I mean that in all respects like court cases or just knowing someone some money they are there for all walks of life. Fantastic organisation and like I said you might not know it but you could be missing out on something that you don't even know or heard about. Great place for advice on anything they will even let you know if you are entitled to money that maybe you've never even heard of like this week they got me something called pip payment which is an extra £75 a week and I've never even heard of it. Definitely advise anybody and everybody to go there especially if you have problems with authorities or dad's anything like that and they are a marvel.

Wonderful service. They were very kind and explained everything with a lot of detail. The only complaint I have is that the wait time was a bit long. They seem understaffed. Thats a nitpick though, they answered everything I needed.

Advisor was not able to answer any questions asked. Told to visit the website (which states to see an advisor in branch). Waited over an hour to see someone and was a totally wasted visit.
