I was not a customer of this conveyancer but someone close to me was and felt compelled to write as the whole process was more stressful than should have been. Louise White was shocking throughout the conveyancing to purchase. Lack of communication to unnecessary delays. It took 6 months with 3 days to go before completion otherwise bank would withdraw their fixed rate offer. I myself have kept a detailed dossier of the process.

I was happy with dealing with Andrew Templeton whilst he was working on my conveyancing file however I had the misfortune of speaking to Phillip Bann whilst Andrew was on leave and he proceeded to tell me he was not going to 'pull out the stops' for me to complete my sale! I was flabbergasted that a professional person could speak to a paying client this way so because of this I would not recommend or use again.
