I was recently referred by Baldev's for dental surgery in Slough. The day before I needed reassurance as to procedures and reasoning for the surgery. The team at Baldev's were very helpful and quickly came back to me with the information I required. The procedure was exactly as they advised and I am happy with the service I have received. I am posting to say 'thank you'.

Rude staff, chaotic reception, overpriced, forced pre-payment - and good luck getting a refund on a pre-payment if you need to cancel. They will withhold your money to ransom until you can physically come to reception (at your own expense and inconvenience), rather than process the easy refund over the phone like normal businesses. Stay away.

I had around 6 appointments with Anithadevi Manikandad recently including an extraction and ending with a partial denture. I found her extremely calm, friendly and profesional. I suffered no pain or discomfort throughout. Very pleased with the results and would highly recomend.A credit to the team at Baldev's.

Visited Baldev for dental fillings. This causes unbearable pain and need to go for root canal treatment. Thank you Dr Kristlee Fernandes for the root canal treatment. I strongly recommend him. If sitting around waiting to be seen all afternoon, and paying £70 for the privilege is your thing, then it's the place for you! If they actually see you then they are a pretty good dentist, but they seem to struggle keeping to appointments.

I recently visited Baldev’s for a routine check-up (after not going for a long time due to anxiety surrounding dentists) and damage to one of my teeth. I was extremely nervous and anxious going however Syeda Fouzia Mohsin, the dentist who saw me, was incredibly patient and understanding which eased my nerves a lot. The customer service I received from my telephone call, to checking in with reception, to my appointment with my dentist and nurse, was fantastic!

Today I had a check up appointment. Doctor FM was really good, explained the issue clearly and very polite. One suggestion to clinic, it would be good if same doctor is attending the patient. My first appointment with different doctor, now again I need to explain since beginning to make the new doctor to understand issue.

Do NOT use this dentist. They will break your teeth, charge you for pre appointments you may not need and refuse to fix the damage they've done. Absolutely disgraceful practice. Look everywhere else but here.

Rude and unhelpful staff, because of their own lack of professionalism I have been waiting for an appointment for more than 6 weeks, yesterday got a call and was offered an appointment for 8 weeks from now, I told that they would have to do better than that and I was not satisfied they way they have been dealing with this, they simply hang up the phone on me, I assumed positive intent and thought was a problem on the line, but after 24hrs I didn't get a call back. Can't wait to change dentist, avoid this place.
