Used to use when lived in Berkshire. They always did me proud.

I had to contact them several times over my genuine concerns before they replied. When they eventually replied i received a very abrupt unprofessional email. In my opinion "not professional" . September 30th 2020 : I have sent you further emails regarding my concerns that you have now stated that you have no records of me ??? November 10th 2020: After the firm responded to my review and stated 'They would be happy to assist me' I emailed the firm with my genuine concerns. Unbelievably I was finally instructed not to contact the firm again unless I had a solicitor to act on my behalf. In my opinion this is not being happy to assist me. Not helpful Not professional.

Would love to leave a good review, but I spoke to reception and they said someone would get back to me to book me win for an initial appointment - that was the last I heard.....
