Good range of products, but way overpriced compared to the likes of Boots

Got my passport photo done. Got a code that meant I could renew it online. New passport delivered in less than a fortnight.

Needed to get two 8 x 10 photographs printed for an upcoming show and popped in on a Tuesday morning as I was passing and thought it would be convenient to box it off. The lady who served me was incredibly polite and efficient and couldn’t fault the customer service. The shop is clean and bright and the displays were all very tempting.
I almost fell over when the lady asked me for £19.98 whilst the two photos were printing. I was expecting it to be £10-ish totally my fault for not asking the price beforehand but I would re-think going back for photo prints. Would definitely pop back for the frames though as there was a lovely selection.

Had 4 films developed, no issues at all with the cost of service at £43.96 so (10.99 a film) or staff. Just very confused and shocked at the £28 on top to Wetransfer me the files which is a free site to send files on. I can understand a single charge for the 4 files done in 1 email link but £28 on top of the film on a free website is not good. Makes it at least £17.99 to get 1 film copied... you should simply charge £7 for sending all files no matter how many films are developed within the 2GB limit of Wetransfer. I would have had the others done at the same time then.

Fantastic customer service and great prints.
The staff member working was exceptionally helpful in helping me get the perfect photo: the store was particularly busy and she still went the extra mile to help. I really appreciated it and will go back in future👌🏼

£17 for one hour film dev, no scan, no print. Christ on a bike.
Negs were scratched & had large fingerprints on them. I usually process my own B&W/C41/E6 film at home, I only chanced them as I ran out of chemistry. Even at home I use gloves as a minimum. No online price list to check against to see what I was actually charged for. Negative (120) handed to me rolled up in a little paper bag. No docket. What.
Customer service was very good. Shop was very clean, well laid out, & presentable. But £17 for 1hr dev only is a lot. I know other places charge this, it's a lot there too! How do I know the service is being overcharged for? By running professional film processing labs myself for over a decade.

The owner was super polite so no complaints there, but got charged £2.50 for a vinted label (1 A4 piece of paper) as apparently it’s the minimum charge? I’m sorry but that is daylight robbery!!!

Visited today for passport photos for myself and my daughter. Unfortunately my daughter decided she didn't want to her photo took and started to cry. The staff in the shop were very patient with her. We ended up leaving and returning later and they were so good and friendly. They even gave my daughter a 6x4 photo in a wallet of her passport photo. She was very happy. Excellent service all round.

Jess and Omar have been fantastic! I had a photo that was enlarged to poster size and there were some quality issues with it and they made every effort to get it perfect. I am extremely happy with my poster. They are professional and absolutely customer focused.
