Went in on Sunday (29th June) with an iPhone 12pro that would not charge. Problem fixed quickly after initial assessment. Very good efficient service

Took in a cracked iPhone 14 Pro Max. They had the end the phone away for a few days and it hasn’t been the same since. At first it was a bit glitchy and slow to respond to typing. The shop said to wait for the next iOS update to see if they resolves it. Of course we knew that was nonsense as it was fine before the repair except for the cracks. Since the iOS update it has got worse. We’ve realised the mag safe doesn’t work any more - phone won’t stay on the charging stand. It was probably like that straight after the repair but my daughter uses wired charging so never noticed at the time. And the phone has a mind of its own it literally types and swipes through apps without my daughter touching the screen at all. It locked itself for 15 minutes when it entered the passcode (obviously incorrectly) multiple times by itself. Whoever ‘fixed’ the phone has obviously done an awful job and we’ve got in back in an almost unusable state. Don’t use this shop. Well now take it to an approved Apple shop to be properly repaired. Sad

Very disappointing - refused to admit that they had fitted the wrong size screen protector (it was obviously not for a curved screen), refused a refund, then lied about the features of a case they tried to sell me. If you have to use them, check everything and don't trust what they say.

Excellent service. I had a broken pixel 7a screen which they attempted to fix there and then, unfortunately they are a notoriously difficult phone screens to repair so it had to be done overnight which then turned into having to be sent off to lab. The guy at Phone Mania was polite and helpful throughout, the phone had to be sent to the lab twice before it was eventually repaired which must have meant extra expense for them but they were were reassuring and determined to ensure the phone was fixed at no extra expense to myself. The service was professional and excellent throughout. Thank you!

Genuinely a top service, new battery for my iPhone fitted in impeccable timing and priced very reasonable. Also paired my new air pods and fitted new screen protector. Definitely use this place in future

I've called in a few times, for protective cases and replacement screen protectors for my wife and myself. The staff have always been friendly and helpful and the products have always performed as expected.

I dropped the phone and the screen cracked. If i could buy a new one i would, so screen replacement seemed like a straightforward thing to do. It was all polite and friendly, the phone was assessed with great attention, all potential defects mentioned to me. There is a seal strip between the screen and the rest of the phone. It was cut without my knowledge (it wasn't part of the initial assessment findings). The glue was applied to seal it back in place and secured with rubber bands. I waited longer for it it to set but part of it detached on the same day. I returned and was told it broke when i originally dropped it, i didn't see it and neither did their own colleague when taking it in for repair. More glue and rubber bands applied. I waited longer than was asked of me before removing the bands. This time i was astonished to see the glow of the screen coming through the edges of the phone. It is unacceptable. I don't think i can trust them to mend this. I feel my phone was better off with the cracked screen and i would still have £70.
