Have shopped here for years, my wife loves the paint that they sell and I love the varied selection of products on offer, the staff are fantastic very welcoming and helpful. Prices are reasonable especially considering many of them are from local crafters and artisan companies. Keep up the good work. If your reading this them seriously take the time to go and have a look for yourself, you won’t be disappointed.

An outstanding service received by this fab company. Item was dispatched almost immediately with instant communication received to confirm this. I stumbled across a few difficulties with the courier service (DHL) after not receiving my parcel on the expected delivery date. After no luck in getting hold of anyone from DHL, I emailed No. 96 Home and Gifts to make them aware of the difficulties I was experiencing and my concerns about not receiving the item before Christmas as planned. Please note that the issue with the delivery was the fault of DHL and not No. 96 Home and Gifts. Teresa emailed me back almost immediately to inform me that she would do her best to get some clarification on where my parcel was. Within half an hour, Teresa called me to inform me that she had managed to get hold of DHL and resolve any issues with regards to the delivery of the item ordered. Thankfully, item was with me ready for Christmas! Excellent customer service - I will most definitely be returning for future gifts. Special thanks to Teresa for going above and beyond. We have loved looking in this shop window and on friday we popped in. The service was friendly but not overbearing. We loved the products we found from decorations to gifts, there was a little of everything.
