Lauren and the team made me feel so welcome and the service was amazing. Was an amazing facial and for such good value too! Lauren also helped a lot with skin advice for no extra charge which was extremely helpful. Would recommend to anyone in Newbury and locals!!

New to the salon. Second appointment today. Following Covid-19 lockdown and six months without a hair cut I wanted a change. Ellie talked through various options for a different style to suit my hair, face and lifestyle. After an initial much needed tidying up cut I'm growing it out a little more to get to this new style. Ellie has been brilliant at explaining how best to achieve this and today I had a sort of interim cut/tidy up with a slight adjustment for how my heavy hair falls especially around my fringe and face area. I can't fault Ellie for her advice and styling. On a general note the salon is set up to be covid secure and I do not have any concerns on the score.
