This was our second time training with Nicole as a whole group setting and we found it as informative, thorough and enjoyable as the first time. We were given chance to discuss our own First aid experiences and were given examples of first aid scenarios we may encounter to work through in a group and discuss how we would deal with each situation. The information that was given was up to date and clear and concise for us to understand and put into practice if needed. Nicole gave us the opportunity to role play situations and work hands on to deepen our understanding whilst making us feel at ease.
