Returned from the Christmas break with family abroad to find the heating OVERHEATING! Called BGM and they came out within a couple of hours to diagnose the problem - and returned the next day and fixed it. Polite, cheery, clean and super efficient. Wonderful! All well! Nice and warm (NOT BOILING) again. Thank you, BGM.

I cannot recommend this company more strongly. Their response to our total breakdown of heating was exceptional and we were back up and warm again with a newly installed boiler in no real time at all. Fantastic job done from Gary at BGM. I had issues with not enough heat from my radiators. Gary found the source of the problem and recommended a solution, which in the end involved a fair bit of work to remove other issues that had needed fixing. It's all done and working brilliantly now.

The engineer arrived early to carry out the annual boiler check. He found a small leak, but the boiler was fine otherwise. He said that he would obtain the parts to repair the boiler. Today, just 2 days later, he returned with a colleague, and carried out the replacement. They were very personable, and carried out the replacement speedily, and checked we had both hot water and heating before leaving. Another annual boiler service done professionally and all questions answered professionally by the crew. The crew was careful and kept the work area clean. The crew phoned before arriving and was on time. The job was done efficiently and promptly. All paperwork was sent to me quickly by email. BGM replaced my old boiler with this current one 7 years ago following their advice, and this boiler works very well.

We have had the best service from BGM Heating and Plumbing. Everyone we have dealt with has been super knowledgeable, professional and communication is fantastic. They were able to resolve an issue with our unvented cylinder which others could not. Very happy with the service.
