Fabulous Air B and B. Wonderful host, clean accommodation which was exactly as described. Loved that we could walk into Newbury. Highly recommend.

160 Annexe is a little home away from home. It’s private, relaxing and cosy. It has everything your could need for a nice weekend away. Oli (host) is always available and relies to messages within an hour. He’s also very attentive and goes out of his way to make sure we have everything we need. Highly recommend staying at the Annexe!
