I had an appointment with Vicky on Saturday 4 January 2025 . Brilliant service. Vicky explained everything and was very helpful. My treatment was done within minutes and not painful at all . Thankyou Vicky.

Amazing service and so helpful throughout the process, including and especially with children. We were looking for someone to see our daughter (9y) and hopefully get her earwax removed, which all worked out great. We also booked the rest of us in for an ear exam, so it’s good to know what we all need to work on and had our ears checked and cleared. Thank you Vicky for making us all so comfortable. We really enjoyed our visit. Highly recommend

Today was the 3rd (or 4th?) visit. Vicky is always friendly & professional. She clearly knows her business & I trust her totally. Oh & seeing a live image of your eardrum is pretty cool!

I had built up wax in my ears which was causing irritation. Vicky did an amazing job at cleaning my ears, she was very professional and made me feel at ease with the whole process. Thank you Vicky!

I phoned up with pain and no hearing in my left ear they explained everything to me in detail and check both ears, Vicky explained everything in detail and made sure I felt comfortable! I can now hear out of my left ear and I can thank her enough for her service and how caring and considerate she was during the procedure! Thank you again 10/10 will definitely recommend!!

I had been deaf for a week with wax in both ears. My experience with Vicky was great. She explained everything well and made sure I was fully aware of what was happening every step of the way. I was even able to see inside my ears so that I could see what needed to be done! I would thoroughly recommend Vicky to anyone with similar symptoms. She also gave me a leaflet with aftercare for my ears.

Vicky is excellent. She fitted me in at short notice, showed and explained everything in detail, and after removing the wax explained how best to keep my ear clear. Very good, very careful, very knowledgable - no hesitation in going back should I need to.

Just had earwax removal with Vicky at The Fairbourne Clinic Newbury which was a thoroughly professional experience. I can now hear again, was long overdue, my fault entirely. She explained everything carefully and I recommend her highly for her knowledge and expertise.

Absolutely excellent experience and service from Vicky who expertly and efficiently carried out her treatment. She took the time to explain and show me each stage of the treatment and the successful outcome. All this and at an extremely reasonable charge. I cannot recommend her highly enough and will make sure I visit on a regular basis to ensure my hearing is kept healthy.
