Don't recommend this place, not professional at all, they offer red light extras. Place is dirty, should be closed down. Not worth1 star. They also use baby oil. UK needs proper legal professional massages.

Have had a few massages here and always a friendly professional service. The owner provides fantastic customer service which why I am surprised at some reviews saying other wise.

First time visit this week. I hadn't booked an appointment, but they managed to fit me in 10 minutes later. My masseuse was a Chinese girl named Ava. Very friendly & soon had me relaxed. Excellent massage skills & I left with a spring in my step. I will return next time I'm in Newbury.

Not a relaxing experience at all. I went for a full body 1 hr massage and paid £40 and it was basically just a rub on my back. She answered the phone during my massage, she used tissue to wipe and I was horrified to see she was using baby oil! The music was quite loud in my ear and not very relaxing. The bed was up against a wall so she couldn’t even get to one of my sides correctly. All in all very disappointed and will not be going again or recommending

My husband went here and said it was the worst massage he had ever had, said they were unfriendly, massage was behind a curtain in shop front area and therapist left him three times during massage to deal with people coming into shop. He said avoid at all cost and not even worth the 1 star.

Appalling customer service. I booked a massage for 1:30, went into shop (it really doesn't look like a spa at all) no one was there. No one answered my phone calls. At 1:45 someone finally answered my phone call to say that the previous client was late and now my session would be late. Could I come back at 2:05? I did and then a woman came down from the upstairs area to say I was late and she couldn't see me until 2:30. The lady in question did not look at all like a masseur as she was bare foot, heavily made up and wearing a strappy top dress. I suddenly thought I was in the wrong kind of establishment.
