We had two bathrooms transformed by Ripples Newbury towards the end of last year. The design process with Diane was relaxed and straightforward, the refurbishment by Ben and others was organised and cheerful, despite the projects offering some challenges! Just had my new bathroom, which was designed by Leanne, installed by Matt. The bathroom looked fantastic in the plans, but is even better in real life. The attention to detail is second to none with even the floor and wall tile joints perfectly aligned. I would recommend Ripples to anyone who wants a new bespoke bathroom designed and fitted by experts. The service received from Leanne was excellent. Ripples were supportive during our project, answering questions and installer Matt discussed the installation with us every step of the way.

We have just had our bathroom installed from Ripples Newbury and we love it. Leanne, our designer, was so helpful throughout the whole process. From the start she produced a beautiful design which would fit into our odd shaped bathroom, that incorporated everything we asked for. For the product selection and pricing she was very patient, swapping different items in and out of the design to ensure we had exactly what we wanted in our price range. We couldn't be more impressed with the service and the quality of the products. Would definitely recommend.

Ripples Newbury recently designed our downstairs cloakroom, and we're so happy with it! We booked an appointment online and visited the showroom where Diane took us through her designs. She was fantastic at listening to what we were after, as well as coming up with an innovative design for quite a tricky, small space. Communication throughout has been excellent, and delivery of the products was convenient. Our questions were dealt with promptly and we're over the moon with the final result! Now to do the main bathroom...!

Ripples Newbury fitted a shower bathroom for us about five years ago, and it has been great. When the Gerberit toilet cistern recently started leaking a little bit of water into the bowl, phoned Diane and she knew immediately what needed to be replaced as a washer on the dump valve. Explained and showed me exactly how to change it on their showroom unit; supplied the part for a few pounds. Five minute job and all done. That's great service. Thanks.
