Have not even used their service yet! I called up to talk about our unvented water tank and rather than just saying "i'll come and have a look" like most places, Graham talked to me for good 10-15mins about what the issue could be and suggested talking to the manufacturer about the on going issues. I will take this advice but if anything need doing I will certainly use Bluecore.
