Brian was Fantastic! I had broken the left mouse button on my laptop... Brian was able to correctly the part from my photos, order it from DELL and as soon as it arrived arrange a time to carry out the fix that suited me. His fast efficient service, arranging his diary around mine, meant that my laptop was only out of use for 2 hours (Friday afternoon). And, all at a fantastic price.
