We are just back from a lovely holiday with TUI to Hurghada in Egypt that was above our expectations I have to praise Chloe at the Newbury shop who was so patient & helpful as we couldn't make our minds up. She made sure she understood our needs for our week away. Thank you we had great time.

Georgia was efficient, friendly, considerate. Aware of our needs especially my profoundly deaf daughter. So our requirements have been addressed.

I have been in the Newbury TUI store for 40 minutes now with not so much as a can I help you or a good afternoon. Two staff helping customers and the other typing on her computer. I knew exactly what I wanted and had the money on me, I think I’m going to book elsewhere. I was seen after 55 minutes no apology of waiting, also didn’t appreciate a customer in there talking about me to his partner and the member of staff about me in a rather demeaning way “that Tesco man”. Decided to go elsewhere

Thank you so much to Joseph for all his hard work, time and effort to help us find the perfect holiday. We had a lot of requirements, limited dates and were booking very last minute but Joseph was so patient with us and really helpful, he came up with so many good suggestions and nothing was too much trouble to make sure it would be the best option. He is really knowledgeable and spent a very long time with us (through his lunch break too!) to make sure we exhausted all the options without ever making us feel rushed. We really appreciate everything thank you.

Went into branch today to grab some holiday ideas for a week away for my birthday and I was greeted by Georgia who is the store manager and I must say, I understand why she has been given the title, she is very helpful, professional and has very good listening skills because she picked out great holidays with the criteria that I gave. She popped a few quotes/ideas together for me and I will definitely be back to book one f them once have decided.
