I highly recommend Denisa to anyone suffering from back issues. Unfortunately, I ignored my lower back pain for 5 months and when I finally went to Deni, I had already done a good job of damaging one of the major muscles, in my lower back, causing a rotated pelvis and all the pain that goes with it. Deni had her work cut out for her but after just a few sessions, my pelvis is now where it should be and my lower spine has straightened. Once again, I am standing tall and enjoying walking. Deni is professional, has a lovely nature and is very easy to talk to and I will be staying on as one of her patients to allow her to provide long term care for my back.

I visited Denisa Rogerson on New Year’s Eve - I had been suffering with severe lower back pain for around 12 days - it was difficult to get up and down the stairs/to bend down/to lift anything as simple as a couple of plates/to sit down - just about any movement. I had tried everything from pain killers/Tens machine/heat pads/gentle stretching exercises/walking - nothing helped. I found Denisa very easy to talk to/great sense of humour and she has a totally professional approach. She was extremely thorough when asking all the background medical questions. After my session was complete Denisa did say that I may experience a little pain that evening - which in fairness I did. However the next morning when I got up I couldn’t believe the difference! It was like she had performed some sort of miracle. I was able to walk up and down the stairs/bend down and indeed all movements that I had struggled with prior to our session I was able to do pain free.. All I can say is “what an amazing lady Denisa is”. I would never have believed that someone could have rid me of the pain I was experiencing in one session. I would recommend anyone who is experiencing pain to visit her - you will not be disappointed! I cannot thank you enough Denisa and I look forward to our next session.

A friend of mine recommended Denisa. At the time of first seeing Denisa my lower back muscles were weak, going into painful spasms, and my hips were very badly out of alignment. I visited Denisa four times (roughly a week apart) I received treatments alongside specific strengthening and stretching exercises that were demonstrated by Denisa for me to complete everyday at home. Fast forward 6 months, my back has been strong and I haven't had any back spasms. Denisa is very knowledgeable, caring, friendly, and I would definitively recommend her. I would also recommend this service for anyone who has been managing (in my case) back pain for sometime.
